Arick Manocha is a New York-based speaker and operator who teaches people to build from consent up. Drawing from Opus 40, public leadership, entrepreneurship, venue operations, and consent-forward experience design, he shows audiences how clarity, explicit choice, and intentional environments create stronger connection, better decisions, and more freedom.

Arick Manocha is a speaker and operator focused on consent, choice, human connection, and designed environments. He grew up inside Opus 40, the monumental sculpture created by his great-grandfather Harvey Fite, and later guided visitors through it. His path has included early entrepreneurship, an antiques business, a county-legislature campaign at age 20, historic-property activation, Manhattan venue operations, and consent-forward event systems. Arick turns that fieldwork into direct, story-driven programs for campuses, leadership teams, hospitality organizations, and cultural builders. His central idea is simple: consent is where choosing begins—and freedom becomes more possible when the environment is designed for it.

Our speaker grew up inside a work of art that took nearly four decades to build. Since then, he has built businesses, run for public office, operated unconventional spaces, and designed consent-forward environments across New York.
